Return Process

  Ensure the gold security seal on your hair extension packaging has not been broken or tampered with, as we cannot accept returns for opened hair products due to hygiene regulations.

  Fill Out the Return Form

  Complete the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly stating whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different shade.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused extensions and the completed form back into the original box or a secure mailing bag to ensure the products are protected during transit.

  Send via Tracked Service

  Post your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, keeping your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been fully processed by our team.
